The Best Home Cardio Available in Wyoming: The Bowflex TreadClimber

Wyoming Bowflex provides the Bowflex TreadClimber for cardio vascular workouts . As with the home gyms, there are a number of different models and they range in price from $3,399.00 to $1,599.00. The different models can be compared on the Bowflex website to make sure the model you get has all the items you are searching for and has the correct dimensions per the area you are allotting to it.

In the more expensive models you are going to get wireless heart rate monitor and more electronic functions ranging from 12 functions down to 3. The 2 lower end models do not have the quick start button, calories burned and the incline percentage. If these aspects are key to you then you will want to make sure not to obtain the lowest end models. Personally, I think that the top of the line model is slightly too extreme - I don't need 12 electronic functions. Though, I use some of the functions which is why I find the bottom 2 models too simplistic and not useful enough. I much prefer somewhere in the middle for the Bowflex TreadClimber.

The preferred 2 forWyoming in my opinion are the Bowflex TreadClimber TC5000 and the Bowflex TreadClimber TC5300. Click here for more information on the 2 products.

No Wyoming Home Gym is Complete without Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells

The reason my customers are partial to theBowflex SelectTech Dumbbells so much is because don't they need much room. For traditional free weights you will be obliged to spend a lot of money on a bunch of different weights that generally are sold in increments of 3lb, 5 lb, 8lb, 10 lb, 12lb, 15 lb and up every 5lbs from the 15 lb weights. If there is not much space in your home this is going to cause a problem - where will you find the room to keep it all? And to top it off, you will have to obtain a number of racks , each costing over a $100 just to store these weights on. Thus, if you are looking for for something easy to use and don't have much room I would recommend the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells for you.

There are 3 different versions

  • Version 1 is called the "Serious weight training" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 1090 and they are priced at $599
  • Version 2 is called "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552 and they are priced at $399
  • Version 3 is called "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220 and they are priced at $149

Now, here is my recommendationWyoming on which model to get. If you are a woman and are just looking to strengthen and tone up, and not put on a lot of muscle and just want to add some light strength training into your routine then I would recommend selecting option number 3 which is "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220. It's certainly the most straightforward model but the weights adjust from 2.5 to 20 lbs which should be adequate.

On the other hand, if you are even thinking that you might possibly want to add some more muscle mass to shape and tone your body then I would propose option number 2, "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552 - hands down! If you plan to spend the money you might as well make sure that it has all the weights that you need. It would be unfortunate to get "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220 and then find that you actually need weights higher then 25lbs to workout.

This may seem hard to accomplish if you are not currently weight lifting but believe me, the back and chest muscles can pull/push much more weight than your smaller muscle groups like biceps and shoulders and hence it is quite easy to work your way up to a 25lb free weight over the span of 2 weeks. And if you want to continue pushing your self and forcing your muscles to get bigger you will sooner or later need to move on to bigger weights.

As a male there are no exceptions, you must start looking at option 2 which is the "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552. You should think about buying version 1 "Serious weight training" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 1090 particularly if you are currently weight lifting and want to substantially increase your muscle mass.

The major difference between all 3 versions is just the amount of weight they each adjust to and how heavy they are. Version 1, "Serious weight training" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 1090 replaces 17 sets of traditional free weights and the weights adjust from 10 to 90lbs. The second version, "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552 replaces 15 sets of traditional free weights and adjusts from 5 to 52.5 lbs. Version 3, "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220 replaces 8 sets of traditional free weights and adjusts from 2.5 to 20 lbs - this will be more straightforward for a female starting off as they are light and portable.

To alter the weight all you have to do is rotate the dial and you can modify your resistance - this is more simple than having a whole rack of different free weights - once more, Bowflex is great if you need to free-up room in your Wyoming home.

In addition to the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells I would recommend buying a bench for your Wyoming home to carry out the free weight exercises on and a rack to put the dumbbells on. The Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells comes with an instructional DVD outlining the different exercises that can be performed with the free weights. You are able to perform everything with these dumbbells that can be done with traditional free weights and you can get a full body work out - legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders and abs. Make Bowflex Work For You In Wyoming

The key part before purchasing any Bowflex machine is that you are motivated to work out on your own . I think highly of the product and vouch for it as there are little disadvantages to buying it. The only disadvantage to you will be if you get it and then never use it. For this reason you should be positive you are a self motivated individual! Make sure that you are inspired enough to get workouts done out of your home rather than at a gym. I do find many of my customers are able to do this and they do a lot better at it then having to pack up and go to the gym wasting driving time just getting there. In addition, they don't have to waste time waiting for gym equipment to free up. That being said, there are many additional types of people who think exercising from home will be a good idea but it just doesn't go with their character and the equipment sits collecting dirt. Don't let this equipment sit collecting dirt! Make use of it and you will see the great results that my customers achieving!

Q: I am trying to get fit and lose weight but I really want to avoid getting injured since I seem to have a tendency to get injured whenever I start a new workout program. My question is what is better for me running or walking?

A: Running will burn more calories per minute, but you need to start walking before you can run. If you start running before you have a good walking foundation you will increase your chances of injury.
