Currently, Bowflex is featuring theBowflex Revolution Home Gym for Nevada customers . On their website they promote that this machine has 100 plus exercises with up to 400 different variations and that it is created to work every muscle group, and support every exercise routine, strength level and fitness goal. The price is $2,799.00.

The Bowflex Revolution home gym can be purchased inNevada only at at the Bowflex website and right now they have free delivery until March 31st. I have tried it and can agree that it is a very effective and versatile piece of equipment. The Bowflex Revolution home gym has SpiraFlex Resistance Technology, giving you the same advantages as free weights.

The Best Home Cardio Available in Nevada: The Bowflex TreadClimber

Nevada Bowflex provides the Bowflex TreadClimber for cardio vascular workouts . As with the home gyms, there are a number of different models and they range in price from $3,399.00 to $1,599.00. The different models can be compared on the Bowflex website to make sure the model you get has all the items you are searching for and has the correct dimensions per the area you are allotting to it.

In the more expensive models you are going to get wireless heart rate monitor and more electronic functions ranging from 12 functions down to 3. The 2 lower end models do not have the quick start button, calories burned and the incline percentage. If these aspects are key to you then you will want to make sure not to obtain the lowest end models. Personally, I think that the top of the line model is slightly too extreme - I don't need 12 electronic functions. Though, I use some of the functions which is why I find the bottom 2 models too simplistic and not useful enough. I much prefer somewhere in the middle for the Bowflex TreadClimber.

The reason my customers are partial to theBowflex SelectTech Dumbbells so much is because don't they need much room. For traditional free weights you will be obliged to spend a lot of money on a bunch of different weights that generally are sold in increments of 3lb, 5 lb, 8lb, 10 lb, 12lb, 15 lb and up every 5lbs from the 15 lb weights. If there is not much space in your home this is going to cause a problem - where will you find the room to keep it all? And to top it off, you will have to obtain a number of racks , each costing over a $100 just to store these weights on. Thus, if you are looking for for something easy to use and don't have much room I would recommend the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells for you.

Now, here is my recommendationNevada on which model to get. If you are a woman and are just looking to strengthen and tone up, and not put on a lot of muscle and just want to add some light strength training into your routine then I would recommend selecting option number 3 which is "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220. It's certainly the most straightforward model but the weights adjust from 2.5 to 20 lbs which should be adequate.

On the other hand, if you are even thinking that you might possibly want to add some more muscle mass to shape and tone your body then I would propose option number 2, "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552 - hands down! If you plan to spend the money you might as well make sure that it has all the weights that you need. It would be unfortunate to get "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220 and then find that you actually need weights higher then 25lbs to workout.

This may seem hard to accomplish if you are not currently weight lifting but believe me, the back and chest muscles can pull/push much more weight than your smaller muscle groups like biceps and shoulders and hence it is quite easy to work your way up to a 25lb free weight over the span of 2 weeks. And if you want to continue pushing your self and forcing your muscles to get bigger you will sooner or later need to move on to bigger weights.

As a male there are no exceptions, you must start looking at option 2 which is the "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552. You should think about buying version 1 "Serious weight training" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 1090 particularly if you are currently weight lifting and want to substantially increase your muscle mass.

The major difference between all 3 versions is just the amount of weight they each adjust to and how heavy they are. Version 1, "Serious weight training" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 1090 replaces 17 sets of traditional free weights and the weights adjust from 10 to 90lbs.
