In the more expensive models you are going to get wireless heart rate monitor and more electronic functions ranging from 12 functions down to 3. The 2 lower end models do not have the quick start button, calories burned and the incline percentage. The reason my customers are partial to theBowflex SelectTech Dumbbells so much is because don't they need much room. If you are a woman and are just looking to strengthen and tone up, and not put on a lot of muscle and just want to add some light strength training into your routine then I would recommend selecting option number 3 which is "Tone up & Get Fit" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 220. It's certainly the most straightforward model but the weights adjust from 2.5 to 20 lbs which should be adequate.

On the other hand, if you are even thinking that you might possibly want to add some more muscle mass to shape and tone your body then I would propose option number 2, "Build Muscle and Get Toned" Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells 552 - hands down! If you plan to spend the money you might as well make sure that it has all the weights that you need.
